You need to contact ebay and show them the link to your work on here and the date and then tell them you want this auction removed and this person banned from eBay since they do not have permission to use or sell your work.
I went through this a few times already with my work and that's usually the best thing to do. It's up to the webmasters to remove the stolen content.
I notified and artist about this after seeing some of their stuff up for sale. They contacted ebay on the phone.
~MissNysha 3 hours ago I've spoken with a friendly ebay representative on the phone. Everyone who's had their art stolen needs to email vero@ebay.com to report their case and have their art removed. The more flags they receive on this one ebay guy, his time on ebay will be short!
So there's a solution, presenting itself. Hopefully this nonsense will be taken care of quickly.
I had to do the a similar thing with a blog where this asshole was posting my art and other Resident Evil artists work on his page claiming it was his. I had to contact the blog host and they removed all the art but as far as I know he wasn't banned.
I think now that everyone knows about it they will get that asshole banned. I hate thiefs.
